the first Exclusive House, SPA and Wellness in Italy and on Lake Maggiore.
Our history
Monica Poletti and Alberto Puppo: Verbanese entrepreneurs united by the love they embarked on their journey together 14 years ago. In one of the many initial projects they had at heart the creation of an oasis of peace and well-being away from the hectic flows of everyday life, while thinking about the development of a new hospitality concept. Today, after 10 years of hard work and sacrifices, Kimyô is born, the first Exclusive House, SPA and Wellness in Italy. An Exclusive Residence where guests can be welcomed guaranteeing special attention dictated by privacy and well-being, accompanying them to discover the area with an offer of exclusive and tailor-made Indoor and Outdoor Experiences with high quality and organization standards.

Monica Poletti
Born in Verbania in 1965, she lives and trains in the area. Her professional career was born in the early 90s, discovering the vocation for the professional activity of Interior Designer and Home Stager which led her to collaborate with renowned furniture brands of Made in Italy. The passion and dedication for her work lead her to become a Real Estate Advisor, thus completing her professional profile in the real estate world. The desire and initiative and the further will to evolve led her to found in 2017, together with her partner Alberto Puppo, the Kimyô Academy: an academy that organizes tailor-made events and experiences related to the world of well-being of the body and Of the mind. In 2020, with the birth of Kimyô Exclusive House, SPA and Wellness, Monica is the contact person for the organization of exclusive and tailor-made experiences within the villa and in the territory of the Lakes Tourist District.
Alberto Puppo
Alberto Puppo was born in Verbania in 1970 and at the age of 16 he successfully began to study and experiment as a self-taught data transmission by means of telecommunications networks via computers. He specializes in the field of telematics, so much so that he is among the first to bring the Internet connection to the province of the VCO (among the first in Italy to be connected). He then develops web services and projects for public administration and tourism. In 2001 he opened various IT and telecommunication stores starting to collaborate with the first IT franchising brands.
The passion for information technology together with that of financial collecting and history led him to create the first digital museum specialized in the field of "Scripofilia", becoming the reference point for enthusiasts and collectors who invest in history.
Today he is recognized among the leading international experts in the field of Scripophilia.
He is currently a business consultant in national and international projects, dealing with the development of a "Culture of Peace" and a better life. He is active in humanitarian volunteering for health, education, the environment and spirituality.
